  • Fill your details (name, CNIC & password) enter OTP code receive on your registered mobile number (after creating acct you can login any time from your ID)

  • Click on “view ledger” option
  • Next click on “generate challan” option and enter required amount to be paid in relevant field
  • Click on “Pay Online” and give master or Visa Debit or Credit Card number and complete process

It mainly depends on the degree of correctness of submitted offered land documents & speedy possession by the land owner/investor to DHA, followed by conclusion of Sale Deed and Mutation in name of DHA. Normally it takes 6 to 8 weeks to conclude the process .

    Though no certain time limit can be fixed for land processing, as land acqn is an intricate task. But if there are no problems from LO side and LP is efficient then land acqn procedure can be done in a month’s time.
    Land is normally offered through registered/ authorized land providers (LPs). Anyone desirous of selling land can approach auth LP, info of which is available on DHAM website also. Land owners can also visit concerned ADL or Dir Land for guidance/queries in this regard.

    (1) 1-2 Reps - Rs. 2000/-

    b. In case of pre-mature cancellation a standard fee for 1-2 & 3-5 Reps is Rs. 10000/-.
    An original copy of FIR alongwith the application of CEO on letter head, E Stamp Paper, challan voucher of Rs. 2000/- for CEO, Rs. 2000/- incase of 1-2 Reps, Rs. 5000/- in case of 3-5 Reps & 2 x Passport size pictures to be submitted at front desk in Tfr & Rec Dte.
    Following documents are required by DHA Multan:-
    • F.I.R Regarding Loss of Information / Allocation / Transfer Allocation / Allotment letter.
    • Advertisement in 2 x National News Papers (DAWN/NATION & NAWAI WAQT/KHABRAIN), the advertisement should be in two columns)
    • Covering Letter in the name of Proj Secy, DHA Multan requesting for issuance of Duplicate Letter.
    • Affidavit for Rs. 100/- (duly attested by Oath Commissioner).
    • Two recent passport size photographs (duly attested by Oath Commissioner).
    • Copy of CNIC (duly attested by Oath Commissioner).
    • Photocopy of Discharge Book (in case of JCO/Sldr).
    • Paid Challan (Rs. 10,500/-).
    • Paid Challan (Rs. 350/-) Registration Form available for Rs. 350/- at the Reception.
    • Challans are available in DHA Multan and Sub Office Lahore only. Demand draft for (Rs. 10850/-) in favour of DHA MULTAN is also acceptable.

    a. Affidavit from seller wroth Rs. 300/- with Copy of CNIC alongwith 2x Witnesses with copy of CNICs.
    b. Challan for Rs. 20,000/- as surcharge (in case of NDC applied through EA).
    c. Estate Agency Ltr Pad for requesting cancel of NDC with reason.
    d. Challan for Rs. 350/- cost of Form By Law (in case of NDC applied direct by owner).
    e. Affidavit of purchaser wroth Rs. 300/- along with Copy of CNIC and Copy of Witness CNICs (In case of Tfr set submitted).
    f. Seller / Purchaser alongwith witnesses personally visit Tfr office and signs affidavit in front of Transfer Officer.
    g. All doucs will be deposited at front desk for nec entry.
    h. After nec verification of file / folder NDC is cancelled after completion of procedure.
