Following procedures will be adopted for payment through Debit / Credit Card :-

  • Click on “Sign Up” option to create your acct
  • Fill your details (name, CNIC & password) enter OTP code receive on your registered mobile number (after creating acct you can login any time from your ID)
  • After login click on “my plots” option
  • Click on “view ledger” option
  • Next click on “generate challan” option and enter required amount to be paid in relevant field
  • Click on “Pay Online” and give master or Visa Debit or Credit Card number and complete process
  • Please ensure your card is active for online transcation
Members can view online statement & generate unified challan by login into member’s area.

Surcharge @ 16% per annum for each day of default will be levied for the amount in default. & 14% in case of Army Allotees.

Any person who is interested in offering any piece of land to DHA can contact its officials on 061-111-342-686 or visit them within prescribed public dealing hours 9:00 to 5:00 from Monday to Friday without any reference.
It mainly depends on the degree of correctness of submitted offered land documents & speedy possession by the land owner/investor to DHA, followed by conclusion of Sale Deed and Mutation in name of DHA. Normally it takes 6 to 8 weeks to conclude the process .
Any land owner directly or through any investor or facilitator can offer his land to DHA Multan.
No, nobody is authorize or entitle to spell out or interpret or represent DHA for buying of land process except concerned DHA employees/staff.

There are no hidden charges
  • 2% late payment charges will be imposed on outstanding membership installments after 14 days of the due date and his/her membership will be suspended through suspension notice
  • The Membership will be reinstated only after the Member pays all his/her previous dues along with late fee charges, and reinstatement charges (Charges vary from Type of Membership)
  • Membership shall be terminated two months after the suspension date, if not reinstated
  • After the termination, new membership will be purchased on the prevailing membership fee
  • In the case of termination, the membership shall only be reinstated by the special approval of the Management (on the same membership fee). The member will have to clear the outstanding dues and late payment charges in a lump sum
1. Individual Membership can be transferred to
a. Blood Relations by paying charges 1% of Current Membership Price
b. Other than blood relatives by paying charges 10% of Current Membership Price
2. Corporative Membership can be transferred only in nominees within the company by paying Rs 300,000 (Non-Refundable)
Rumanza Golf & Country reserves the right to suspend Membership in case of non- payment after suspension notice. Membership will only be reinstated after the member pays all his/her dues along with late fee charges.

Non-refundable Application Processing Fee against each plot category is as follows:
Non-refundable Application Processing Fee shall be deposited along with the application Online through Debit / Credit Card (Master / Visa enabled).
The plots shall be offered to the successful applicants through computerized Ballot planned on 12th January 2023.
Successful applicants would be required to deposit 10% down payment by 15 January 2023 as follows:
In case of failure to submit down-payment till due date, allocation shall stand cancelled forthwith.
The remaining amount shall be deposited in 8 x equal quarterly installments through cash / online, demand draft / pay order as follows
1st Installment will be due on 31st March 2023
On lump sum payment by 15 January 2023, 15% rebate shall be offered
Possession of plots for construction can be given within 10 days on clearance of down payment
Transfer of plots will be allowed after 31 March 2024
Advance income tax u/s 236K (3) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 shall also be payable along with payment of down payment / installments as per the tax status of the successful applicants.
