Rebate @ 10% & 5% shall be applicable in case of full payment till 30 June 2021 & 31 Dec 2021 respectively.
Surcharge @ 16% per annum for each day of default will be levied for the amount in default.
Additional Charges @ 10% shall be applicable in case of corner plot.
There are no hidden charges.

2 MARLA COMMERCIAL PLOT

Development charges are already included in the total cost of 2 Marla Commercial plot.
There are no hidden charges.
2 Marla Commercial Plots are available in all sectors however ballot for 2 Marla Commercial Plots was conducted in Sectors M, Q, R, U and H only.

DHA VILLAS

The beautiful and unique Villas are of different sizes
  • 6 Marla
  • 9 Marla
  • 12 Marla (with option of 4 or 5 bedrooms)
Yes, Arrangements have been made with Meezan Bank Ltd and Askari Bank Ltd for leasing facility.
A surcharge @ 16% per annum will be levied for each day of delay against the amount in default as per DHA Multan’s Regulations.
In case of lump sum payment, rebate @ 5% on outstanding amount was applicable till 31 March 2021. Thus, currently no rebate is being offered on lumpsum payment.

  • Through their friends and family in Pakistan
  • FDD (Foreign Demand Draft)- Make “Foreign Demand Draft (FDD) in favour of DHA Lahore-Multan Chapter in Pak Rupees payable in Multan, Pakistan". The original FDD should be sent to DHA Multan’s Finance Dept., along with covering letter having all relevant details i.e. Reference no. , Applicant Name, CNIC/NICOP etc.

  • Visit Website of DHA Multan
  • Click “Member Area”
  • On next page, click on “Generate Challan” option and enter required amount to be paid in relevant field
  • Click on “Pay Online” and give Master or Visa Debit or Credit Card number and complete process.
  • Please ensure your card is active for online transactions.

Any person who is interested in offering any piece of land to DHA can contact its officials on 061-111-342-686 or visit them within prescribed public dealing hours 9:00 to 5:00 from Monday to Friday without any reference.
It mainly depends on the degree of correctness of submitted offered land documents & speedy possession by the land owner/investor to DHA, followed by conclusion of Sale Deed and Mutation in name of DHA. Normally it takes 6 to 8 weeks to conclude the process ..
Any land owner directly or through any investor or facilitator can offer his land to DHA Multan.
No, nobody is authorize or entitle to spell out or interpret or represent DHA for buying of land process except concerned DHA employees/staff.
No, DHA Multan is not procuring land any where other than its specified controlled area.
